You can watch all the CORE series to get the Fundamentals of Blender. But you can skip to the Fundamentals of sculpting if you want. 

Also keep in mind that tutorials are not automatically discarded when a new Blender version comes out. The core knowledge of computer graphics doesn't change, only UI buttons placement and names on screen. It's an interesting topic that we have discussed in this thread if you want to read it:
