Yeah! Having a follow up course would be awesome. Which is why we have playlists...
Take a look at the TRACK: Modeling in Blender - 101 playlist, if modeling is the direction you want to go.
Pothead is a good choice after Press Start, and also the SESSIONS series would be a good choice.
So far I have recommended a few modeling examples, but you may want to go in a different direction and learn more about materials and shading, lighting, or rigging and animation.
Yes the instructor could suggest similar courses, however they may not be what every student needs or wants next. With new course continuously in development, and subsequently released, those needs and wants change too.
What course you need or want to take next is a personal choice, if you haven't already done so, the fundamentals playlist is a must watch. Keep an eye out for the release of CORE, coming very soon, the updated and extended series of fundamentals.
Having suggestions for follow up courses is a great idea!!
To follow up on what others have said. I think the Sessions: Minimalism & Sessions: Macro are great jumping off points. They're easy to digest modules, they take about 2hrs to complete and the majority of your modeling is pretty basic in these. These were the first courses I started when joining and are definitely beginner friendly. They show you what can be done in only a couple hours, and Kent is a awesome teacher!
Other than that, the fundamental courses are a great place to start, however, there is a new CORE bundle of fundamental courses coming out next week I believe that will be talking about Blender 4.2. However that doesn't mean the older fundamental courses are no longer relevant. They very much still are, and have a whole wealth of knowledge in them.

*Paul takes notes* This could be something to consider! Up until now, course development has not been done with an eye to what gets created next, however it couldn't hurt to add a link in the final lesson description of a course recommending a follow on course should one become available later.
