While working on the sculpture, a small hole occurred. As seen in the video, I tried everything I knew, but it does not close. It is not visually disturbing, but will this hinder my work in the future? (Will it cause errors in the texture - lighting etc. phase)

Yay! I'm glad that worked! If you no longer want all the geometry you added while brushing over it with Dyntopo enabled you could give it a couple swipes with the Simplify brush. That one spot of dense geometry might behave strangely as you proceed.
