I'm facing an issue regarding N-Panel. N-Panel isn't opening in this specific file. I'm attaching a video in which i've recorded the issue which i'm facing. also when i do subdivide kind of things. pop-up which shows on the left bottom side, that's also not opening.

The N-Panel issue might be, because you are using an older Blender Version than the .blend file was written in (4.x, you are using 3.6.1...)
The Adjust Last Operations Panel can be enabled in View > Adjust Last Operations, or you can press F9, when you need it.
Try opening blender. Then file->open. Then in the file browser editor press N. On the n-panel, uncheck load UI. Then load the file. This might work. I would recommend updating to 3.6.12 to have maximized forward compatibility with 4.0, 4.1, and 4.2. Otherwise you may want to update to one of the newer 4.x versions.
Thank you so much to everyone! I just deleted the current layout tab and opened a new layout tab and it worked. Just wanted to tell you guys in case if anyone face the same issue later on. Than might be the same thing will work for him too......
