Hey folks!
Interesting issue - When I click on the course files button and choose a file to download the page "fades" but the file does not download.
I ensured pop-ups are enabled. I've disabled my ad/tracker blockers. I've tried Firefox and Chrome and the issue persists. I've checked my secondary and tertiary monitors to ensure something isn't somehow popping up over there. Nuthin'.
Any ideas?

Logout then login again. It would also help to know which course since it could be something with that particular link. I've also had to goto the mavenseed link to cgcookie(https://cgcookie.mavenseed.com/), but I've always gotten an error message when I have to do that.
Hello! It's the Bug Bot course but it seems the download links on any course won't function for me.
I logged out, cleared cookies, logged back in and still no love. It's really strange. The page fades like there should be a dialog box or something but nothing happens and I have to reload/F5.
When the going gets tough, the only way forward is to email [email protected]
Those guys are wise, they'll know what to do.
Wow, I thought sure it'd be just some dumb thing I was missing on my end. I'm still trying to troubleshoot it myself but I'm running out of ideas.
I just sent off an email to support!
Today I went so far as to log in using my phone on 5G...the same thing occurs (faded page but no popup, etc). Hopefully support will have an answer!

Apparently I was on some strange $20/month membership that didn't include downloads which...doesn't exist!? Or no longer exists? I canceled it and resubbed to the "regular" (?) plan which is only $3 more than the mystery plan (?) I was on before and now everything seems fine.
The only reason I noticed was that there was something saying I was on a grandfathered plan but I'd only been able to sub again a couple months ago.
EDIT: Apparently I signed up for this but the new membership is just a couple bucks more? https://cgcookie.com/p/explorer-plan
