I'm really amazed at the strength of the brush, when your using 0.295, where as when I try this I don't see the drastic change. Same with the crease brush, it's like your digging the grand canyon but mine isn't. Any suggestions.

Perhaps it's the size of the model? Try applying scale in object mode.
