(Obviously, I am a beginner, but I have been doing several projects with help from Google)
Simple question:
I make several changes to settings at the start of a new project, such as metric/imperial. But those settings get reverted to defaults with every new project. How do I make those changes permanent? Am I missing something?
One specific setting for me is the start window. Every time I open blender, it goes to full screen. I would prefer it start with the same size and position as when I last used it.
Any help is definitely appreciated.

Thank you. I knew it was something (very) simple. More like semantics with different gui's for different apps. The opening in full screen drive's me nuts!
On that note: most answers (text, video, etc.) that I googled were for older version. And the menus/keys have changed just enough to be a pain.
