After I select 'Single Property", then Prop: Armature.....Next I right click on Path which brings up a Data Path dropdown. I attempt to choose Copy Data Path but all three choices are not active, not even the shortcut works: Shift Ctrl C
is there another way to accomplish this? I have Blender 3.1
Maybe the short way?....I will see when I get to that.

You need to right click on the Custom Property (in the 3D View) and select Copy Data Path. Then hover over the Path (in the Driver Editor) and CTRL+V to paste that Data Path there. Right-clicking on the (red) Path field doesn't show Copy Data Path, because there is no Data Path yet to copy.
I tried this method in 3.1 and it works like in the video (apart from a slight change in editing the Custom Property, but you're already past that).
