Excuse me, Could you please tell me how to match the interface to the 3.0version? Thanks

    Solution

The Blender version used in the course is 2.73.

You can match the look of Blender UI in the preferences
Edit > Preferences > Themes and use a Preset theme from the drop down at the top, or you can adjust the UI settings to what you want.

This will not change the tools, settings or any other differences in Blender version.

To follow the course with the same Blender version, you can download it  https://www.blender.org/download/previous-versions/

Or you could take a look at the more up to date course fundamentals-of-texturing-in-blender which uses Blender v2.83

It's always a rule of thumb to download the Blender version that's being used in the course. That applies of course if you want to follow along, otherwise, if you're just in it for the timeless knowledge and you know your way around Blender, than you can go by with the latest Blender version.
