Nuts, that's a disappointing hotkey change. Globally SHIFT + R is the "repeat last operation" hotkey as denoted in the global Edit menu (even though it's been overriden in sculpt mode). I suppose the best recommendation is the go to Edit > Repeat Last to replace the SHIFT + R hotkey in Sculpt mode. Sorry I know that's not ideal 😕
