In tutorial you make a duplicate of the rocket to animate the copy, but the original appears in render & if I hide it during render in collections tab they both disappear.
in your collection at the side you will the the hide in viewport and hide in render but there will also be a tickbox there, just untick the tickbox on the rocket asset collection and your duplicate should then be visible in both viewport and render and the origional will remain hidden (blender 2.92 btw)
