John Hammond's Cane (Jurassic Park) Final

Hey everyone, I hope that you’re all doing well. Due to the recent passing of New Zealand actor Sam Neil, I finally had a motive to finish a project I left untouched for quite some time. For years, Sam’s amazing craft entertained billions around the world and even inspired many to become paleontologists. I decided to create the cane used by the late Richard Attenborough, who portrayed the character John Hammond.

The mosquito, drenched and covered in amber, became a figure that birthed the beginning of modern-age dinosaurs, representing Jurassic Park. Sam Neil, brought so many memorable movies to my childhood, but one that I loved to re-watch the most was Event Horizon. It would come as no surprise to me if the developers of “Dead Space” were inspired by the movie. As always, this is my adaptation.

I dedicate this piece of work to the dear memory of Sam Neil. Thank you for the memories, Sam. Farewell, Dr. Grant.
