This is me attempting to flex my 3D Motion Graphics muscles by myself after following along with a bunch of Ducky3D's tutorials over a few weeks, particularly the 'Intro to Geometry Nodes' & 'Intro to Motion Graphics' courses, along with a bunch more from his YouTube channel. The idea here was to have layers of subdivisions in the hexagonal tube mesh. This is done with Geometry Nodes, uses some semi-fancy shaders, and is rendered in EEVEE. The compositing is somewhat simple - it uses fog glow and ghosts, and some dispersion with added noise.
The animation is looping, but you need to manually set YouTube to loop the video.
I will probably keep refining the design as I grow. Feedback is welcome.
Looking cool. The beginning of one of the Star Fox games came to my mind, when their spaceships are going into outer space and shooting out of tubes like that.
