Looks great :D if you weren't trying to get this done for tomorrow, the one thing I'd say is that the skin of the wings feel too stiff... they'd puff up a bit as the wings go down and sag down as the wings go up... but that might be a nit pick for trying to hit a deadline :D

In the top video i turned on the cloth modifier that i forgot to tun on in the bottom render, lol
