Bit late with my comment :)
Please note I could not do what you've done here so take this as simply my non expert opinion
Loved the leaves - this part was excellent and very realistic. Music also worked well.
I thought the emission from inside the pumpkins was too bright... I would have liked to see a more realistic candle flicker
Probably too many pumpkins especially with the amount of emission going on - they distracted the eye from the main guy.
Too much fog/volumetrics - it turned everything a bit 'muddy'
For me a tighter/clearer 'story' would have helped. e.g. I think the main left foreground pumpkin moves toward the camera as it progresses up the stairs but it's very slow and vague. I get this might be deliberately done to try and make it 'creepy' but for me
Establishing shot - pumpkins flicker / leave blow. No explicit threat
Movement towards the house - more deliberate first person perspective human steps
A more sudden and obvious turn of the pumpkin and then turn up the emission from inside the pumpkin
Love the leaves blowing in the wind.
Great job @carramone! The vibe is thick and spooky and excellent. There's also an interesting interlacing effect that adds a 80s / 90s flare. It's a really neat garnish. Good work 👏
