Green Thumbs, Gold Hearts Final

Your local farmer knows more about his produce than those big box stores. They'll know which watermelon's good for eating, which are good for juicing, which potatoes you should fry and which you should mash, and which tomatoes work as a pasta sauce and which for sandwiches. I frequent a local farmer's market and it always amazes me what we can grow out here in the desert. This work is an homage to these hard-working men and women, with their green thumbs and solid gold hearts. I see myself making more works like this in the future, honoring other traditional jobs from my part of the world. I hope this work has earned your appreciation and reminded you to support local!
