Looking cool. The poses feel natural as well as the expressions. Lighting is cool, the orange background has a nice gradient. My only nitpicky thing would be the shirt, it has a very strong shine to it. Maybe tone down the reflections a bit.

I am not concerned with the shininess, I think it is part of the stylized look of the model.
