Just finished the Snowman course.
Did this in Blender 3.4.
Chunck is a good teacher.
This course will teach you a lot about using Modifiers and working in a non destructive way so that you'll be able to go back to previous states instead of tapping out of Undo's.
Procedural Nodes and UV Unwrapping are also introduced here.
