I decided to make an image that is not creepy at first glance...there are a lot of ways to add extra creepiness, but I opted for extra contrast between the horror and warmth/sweetness...
Probably not a choice most people would have made ;)

Spikey, you're always brings a solid effort to these challenges! As a father I felt this scream-worthy scenario deep inside. The image tells a story and the camera FOV adds an uneasy creepy layer.

I think the lighting could have been a really fun opportunity to increase the creepiness. Like a hall light illuminating the room and casting the shadows of shocked parents.

Still, great execution over all! 👏

The silence of the lambs reference indeed suggests it has been eaten, but there are more clues:
was it the Mafia or the godfather (title...),
or maybe it turned into a pig, like the screaming baby in Alice in wonderland (the white rabbit and the Cheshire cat...),
or was it you @adrian2301 (the bell...),
or did the teddy bears take it on their picnic,
or...
