If you're largely doing this from memory, I'm really impressed! I would've assumed you had one to base things off of going by your renders.
Hopefully you get your Pyra! I still enjoy my Pandora, though I don't use it as much as I used to. I had one of the earliest revisions, and the only thing that felt off was the lid hinge.
Sounds like the Pyra case should avoid most of the issues, especially for anybody after that first handful.
wardred I may have screwed up the keyboard - I never owned one and kind of had to do this from memory, and yes, I actually would kind of like to have a Pyra at some point; the few times I got to play with a Pandora, it kind of felt like magic, so I'd expect more of the same...

What's the bar in the 2nd photo?
I believe the key caps were a lot more rounded, unless later versions of the Open Pandora flattened them out.
