Thanks i am happy you like my pumpkin . sadly didnt finished what i was going for but i think this is not bad for a pretty new member.
at first i modelled a basic shape (just a small part of it and used the screw modiefier to get it round up ) then i sculped that part to get nice details . afterwards i deleted the rest and used the array modifier to make it round again but with the sculped portion on it .
later on retopology the model used shrinkwrap to get the finer detials again and collored it with the blood texture on :)
i also used 5 lamps to get the lightning result :)

Anyways, I really like your pumkin tho! What did you do to get this texture on the pumkin itself? Sculpting?
az93 Thank you so much matt . i did my best to make someting nice for the contest. still have not that much experience but i am happy with the result . and indeed the purple worked out well with the pumpkin :)
