In this render i used only knight(horse) & Bishop with Lighting…purpose was to make knight look as dark & little Mysterious and little dominant with lighting… i need review about that if my Lighting is really tell the story…

I like your chess set! Two notes on the mood: with the lighting, the knight is a little too much in the dark in my opinion. It's difficult to perceive him as domineering when he seemingly stops at the nostril. Maybe a little rim light up top would let the viewer understand the form while still keeping him kind of a featureless mystery. Secondly, while I think the camera angle is good, I think making it a little more extreme could aid the mood you are looking for. Put it right up against the board looking up at the knight and play with the depth of field until he looks like a menacing tower. Still a pleasing render overall though! (one minor note: the captured piece here is a pawn, not a bishop)
