This scene makes me smile. I really like your character and the staff. I think you did a great job with the fog. If you added either moonlight or even the moon in the background it would look pretty cool with the fog.
Looks nice, but the lighting is a bit flat. Consider adding a bit more contrast by thinking of what the main light source is.
