I agree, the front really looks great!!! Maybe just "pinch" her face from the Profil a bit and you would have such an awesome Head sculpt!! :)

Not bad. Looks good from the front. The thing that bugs me the most is the huge gap between the ears and the eyes. In other words, the face is going out too much. Also, the shapeof theear could beimproved. But overall, good start.
