Milling about the dark and musty recesses of the old Blickensteeg Hospital for the Criminally Insane, I found this secluded room. Not sure what was in the bottle or syringe but the drop on the needle was thick and gluey. As a true adventurer, I dipped my fingertip into it and stuck it to my tongue. Many days passed as I flew through different dimensions, vacillating between ecstasy and nausea. I don't know what it was but it sure as heck WASN'T high fructose corn syrup! I've learned my lesson. I shan't do that again. Blender 2.76b, Cycles render, further tweaks in Photoshop and Nik Color Efex Pro, Silver Efex Pro. Background image (as an emission shader) and environment map for lighting plus a single point lamp to image right to reflect off the syringe.
Thanks, Forrest!
It was more a comment on Horror stories in general. The scene where they make the worst choice possible. Everyone knows what will happen and yet they still do it. Yes, of course you tasted it.
Nice angle! Love the focal range!!
Thanks for the comment. Something tells me you doubt the truthfulness of my srory. ? Glad you liked it. P.
