This started as an exercise to make perfect holes because I had a lot of problems with doing that. On television I saw someone who made recycled robots with old metal parts. With a reference image of a tea egg I started to model in Blender because welding is not one of my skills ;-)). Credits for the teeth go to lucasfalcoe of blendswap.

I love the creativity of your composition. Good example of an exercise in hard surface modeling too. I would agree with Mark to an extent about the surfacing being just a little too clean. Absolutely wonder piece, though I would like to see you take it to the next level. Thanks for sharing.

this is way cool!! I especially like the teeth... perhaps it is just a little too clean tho, if made of recycled parts they sure look brand new... just a thought, good work, I really like the whole idea!
