The only thing that isn't 3d in this scene is the steam from the coffee, which is a texture from cgtectures.com (http://cgtextures.com/texview.php?id=43625&PHPSESSID=km7e7gp2nl75v2i3mre2c64ev0) which I combined with the render-output with photoshop.
