Here is an image I created this Saturday. I actually own this building and my tenant would like to make a loft addition to the current structure. Everything that sits on the wooden beams in the center, including the beams, will be the new addition. I created this image so my tenant and I can discuss what her needs are for the loft. This was rendered in cycles and everything is created to scale. I still have to do a lot more with texture to finish out the design.
