The cold breeze, mist, the sunshine, the altitude and a set of dirty wheels....!
Blender and GIMP were used to achieve this.
The focus was more on the composition and the rendering. The grass was basic hair particle with SSS matetial node. The suv is box modeled with basic diffuse and glossy shader. The terrain is a basic plane with displament modifier. All the textures are from cgtextures.com. Rendered in cycles with 200 samples and a AO of 0.15
Finally, GIMP was used for the dirt composites, RGB curves and sharpening.
