I made this image about 3 and a half years ago, and it's still my favorite of my work thus far (probably because it's actually a finished image...).
Made using Blender 2.46 (I think...maybe 2.45).
Rendered with Blender Internal.
Composited in After Effects, with a touch of added post-processing in Photoshop.
Render time: I don't remember...But when I made this, I didn't even know what topology meant, let alone what good topology was, so let's just say it took longer to render than something like this probably should have...
Textures were from various free texture websites (I'd post them if I could remember which exactly, but I do know they were copyright free) and one or two procedurals from the Blender Open Material Repository.
