I'm done with modeling.
Now I need to go further and start making UVs and shading... that will be epic °-_-
BTW, if any one has any tricks to accelerate these process, you're welcome.
I think it tooks me 50 to 60 hours to get to this result...
Most of the part are hiden, like the core, the brain part, pistons, electric stuff and wire...
It goes up to 3.8Gb of memory for the BVH without textures.... too much for my brand new Titan ;(
Any clue to reduce GPU needs for Vram or can I split RAM between the GPU and the regular ram?
I mean, there isn't that much GPU with more than 4 Gb of memory, or you have to bank 1000€ for a TITAN with 6Gb of Vram.... But it happens I calculate scene up to 9GB of memory used....so.... how to make this rentable?
Let me know what you think...
