I sculpted this in ~1.5-2hrs which is as speedy as I can do it at the moment. I didn't use a reference image, completely made up, and didn't have a plan at the beginning :-) I'm trying not to get bogged down with details at the moment. I'm going to try to crank out a few 'fast' sculpts when I have spare time and hopefully get faster.
