the concept is not mine, this is a scene from an italian comic book named "diabolik"
the main character, diabolik, is some kind of super-smart thief. in this scene he is hiding from the (super-smart) policeman who try to catch him, and he hide inside a scarecrow. the policeman (being super-smart) shoot to every scarecrow to find out if diabolik is hidden inside, but the thief stay freezed and cheat the policeman
