Finally Finished with acceptable render quality. There is an issue where "render animation" produces a different result as rendering frames manually one by one. With my work schedule this has taken over a month and I haven't received no response on the cgcookie forum. If you want to see what sort of difference there is in the render, you can look at my 2019 "robot on train (with noise)" and look at the buildings in the background moving strangely. Again, those issues are not present when rendering frames individually.
