BLENDER
This is a snapshot of several Pokemon Balls falling out of a dark background.
For this render I needed a good polished set of balls and as such I could not properly render them in Cycles (too much noise) so I ended up rendering the scene in Blender render although a careful placement of lights did the job adequately and the result was eye candy.
Each Pokemon ball is a set of three spheres each one color textured individually. No need for external textures.
