I used Paint Tool SAI to create this.
Starting on the far right (top) I started with a sketch while I was bored, the plan was to draw some fat guy. I always draw characters too skinny, so I wanted to go for the other extreme. From the sketch I put the flats on a layer underneath and used multiply and overlay layers to shade and adjust the color to my liking. From there I merged all of it to one layer and proceeded to clean it up and add my other two light sources (the blue hind light and the smoke)
I wanted to use this for a soft shading practice, as I want to get better with soft shading.
I mostly used a soft circle brush and a hard circle brush, and a blur tool.
