With this concept I tried to invent a new folklore concept. The angle I took was a slower more father time figure where he derives his power from an item, which in this case is the flame of winter,older than he is. Traveling the countryside he retires the Earth to a slumber with his flame.To aid him and keep him company he has a winter fox, to send messages, and to interact with the human race when he's not in the realm of man.
