In Blender 3D and my life. It was a dare challenge of some sort with a friend who asked me to make something in 3D with no 3D knowledge and with any 3D program of my choosing. Then is when I stumbled upon Blender 3D... and now I can't let it go.
In essence, my friend picked up a random LP cover from the old, in this case the painted cover of the band "The Strokes - Angles" album which had an optical effect of some sort in it and asked me to simulate the optical illusion and the composition as closer as to the real album cover (and that in less than 7 days). It was quite a challenge for me placing the tetras at a certain distance and moving around the camera to achieve the exact angle where the optical illusion was active - fortunately he didn't ask me to make the floor but I felt obliged to add it, despite its distortion. First try with Blender and I ended happy with it. Hope to create more interesting stuff in the future.
