This is the second part of my dragon.
Here I have added the material for the eyeball using an image of an alligators eye.
The eye is also rigged to diolate, as in the rigging found in yet another great tutorial from Jonathan WIlliamson

The only difference, is that the Dragon's eye dilates sideways.
