I think I am getting close to what I want. Reworked lights, particle system (if you delete the back faces, which are touching the glass, dew works like a charm) and reworked foam. I have given up on bubbles for now and just focused on the material itself. I think it is working a lot better then previous version. I've also slightly modified the glass.
