This is the first exercise since I have joined cgcookie and I must say it was a great challenge.
I found this exercise very intriguing as i have never really applied different materials to any of my pieces of work.
I found this quite hard but I am happy that the I accomplished. I had a very hard time with crystal and had to leave it in the end, as I found it becoming a mess.
I am actually quite proud of the skin texture which I applied the knowledge I learnt from the Natalia tutorial. and also the wood texture
I will need to work on materials again and understanding how light reacts with "light passing" through objects.
