I tried not to look at the submissions here, because I was afraid it would influence me too much and I would just try to copy the best ones. But then again I searched for references (except for the metal which was done in about 5 mins., the skin and the matte armour - I even used a reference for the design of the ball but shaded it using another image as reference) so I hope this is not cheating. ^_^
