Jack Frost in his cave of seclusion, demonstrating his powers and marveling his conduit of the frost, his Permafrost Scythe. This is my contest entry for the Jack Frost character design contest, wanted to keep him a younger, energetic character that can also be charismatic and powerful when he wants or needs too.
