This started out with much enthusiasm but ended in frustration. I had this idea of an angel without wings, ghostlike, drawing pity to whomever lays eyes on it and somehow unwillingly threatening.
My intention also was to draw a hole in its chest that would have an endless chain coming out of it. On the other end of the chain there should've been something between an oillamp and a thurible in the shape of a heart. This lamp would lure people into the remote alleys where it wandered, much like an anglerfish does.
As far as the idea motivated me my lack of skills/knowledge kept me from finishing it. I've wasted too much time on details and tried things that are not yet in my reach. So that's another lesson learned.
The good thing about it is that it's the first time I've submitted an unfinished assignment before deadline. Something I'd never do in any circumstance, while at the same time complaining about not getting feedback.
Well, it hasn't been useless. :-)
