Everything was Model in blender, the plants were made with the Sapling add-on, books with the LibGen add-on, bread basket is from a old scene though.
HDRI from VizPeople, Textures from CGTextures and Personal Database .
Rendered in cycles with 1500 Samples.
Post Production in Blender Compositor.
