My vision for the young sister was that she always tried to look cool. Whether in front of her friends, or her brother, she just had to look cool.
"Loud, proud, and you can't stop me" was the quote that came to mind when I was designing her, though I did snag some references from my younger cousin. I asked her to pull out her coolest jacket or sweater, and its quite similar to this one, save for the color which was changed.
Is she a bad vampire though? Probably not. She just likes to look and act tough. I'm sure if her brother asked nicely, she'd crack him a joke or two, out of sibling attachment, but otherwise, simply tries to be the rough n' tumble gal 24/7.
EDIT: Added some close up shots, since the original size seemed too small and some of the details couldn't be appreciated~
