I modelled the ball which took forever to figure out how to get it inset. I didn't make the extra parts on it because I'm just not good at that stuff yet. I followed the tutorial to make the stripes glow. I ended up adding 2 separate planes. One for the ground and the one on the back I subdivided it a gazillion times so I could add some stripes to the wall to try to get more depth and show that the spheres were actually spheres.
I'm actually going to try to model the disc from Tron and see how that goes.
