I've been learning about all of the proportions of the head lately and have just been really amazed at how everything fits together and is based on other parts of the face. As I was learning about them I started to wonder what it would look like to follow each proportion exactly and decided to do a head study. The result can be seen above. Being kinda of a clay sculpture, I thought it would also be fun to try to give it a brushed clay sculpture feel. I actually finished it a little while ago, but I realized that I should really post it here as well in case it might help someone.
