It was really fun doing this one, especially because i challenged myself to draw things i tend to avoid (hands, feet, curly hair ect.) The hands was such a pain, but i like how it came out.
It was really hard for me to think out of the box, and still make it read a Cupid. Went with 4 arms so he could handle two bows, birdlike wings for design and color purpouses, and the rose halo to draw attention to the face. I went with a bit of symbolism aswell, the red roses (love, affection) has thorns (sorrow, hatred) to keep them out of reach.
also saw that Cupid is sometimes shown to be blindfolded, so made him blind for a creepier twist.
