My Cerberus named Ferdinand ( ;) ) was inspired by the tutorial: https://cgcookie.com/concept/2014/06/19/tutorial-character-design-shape-language/
I was in a cafe house and there was a black dog named Fred. I started to sketch him (having in mind that I wanted to draw Cerberus), because it's the best way for me to start any project - sketch animals or people. What I draw that day is far away from final Ferdinand, the concept changed many times.
I'd be grateful for some constructive critics (it's my second character design ever).
